We are two late-30's guys who have started writing/recording together and are looking to possibly bring some more people to callborate with.

We aren't writing for any specific genre in mind, mostly exploring writing sounds we like. Both of us have spent a lot of our lives playing in bands but are now just doing something low-pressure and for fun to see what happens. We're currently working on recording some of our ideas over the winter. You can listen to an unfinished mix of what we've been working on here if you're curious. We've got a few other tracks in the works that are slowly coming together.

Both of us are multi-instrumentalists and have been recording everything ourselves, but we'd like to eventually bring in more people to write with or just do rehearsal sessions, specifically on bass and drums as we've got guitar and vocals covered already. We aren't looking for "ultra pro" musicians, but it's probably good if you've got some experience writing/recording/performing so that we're all on the same page. Most importantly, we don't do the big ego thing and want to keep it that way.

We both have pretty broad music preferences and are open to a pretty wide range of sounds. For reference, some shared artists that we both like are bands like Cult of Luna, Converge, Sigh & Explode, etc. We both also like a lot of stuff on the lighter or heavier side of the spectrum - there's quite a bit of diversity of inspirations between the two of us.
