For some time I’ve been trying different sub-genres or vibes, but overall it’s indie pop, indie folk, baroque pop in English. Because I’m playing it alone, it’s quite acoustic and piano based. But with a band, I want to make quiet songs more atmospheric (strings, pads, risers) or loud songs more dynamic (rock band setup).

Let’s say, a mix of early 2000s Radiohead and James Blake. My songs are equally sad. Also, I love sophisticated lyrics and weird harmonies. I also love dynamics and development in a song.

That said, I don’t want to limit myself and others by one genre or bluntly replicate someone’s sound in a long term. We all love something and mimick it first and then develop our unique sound and style. This is the sound I’ve come to so far. But I don’t mind coming to another sound with you and be influenced by your taste.

I’m looking for a person on:

• Bass
• Guitar
• Keys.

It can be one person or two people, say you play both guitar and keys. Or bass and keys. I think it’s fun to switch instruments in-between songs. I play all of the above quite OK but I’d prefer to find a person who does it much better.

I want this band to be prolific, successful and internationally known, which means it’s not a hobby but a startup for me. It doesn’t have to be the case for you at the start, but I think it's a good idea to be ready for - rehearsals, social media content, videos, photoshoots, gigs, tours, you name it. In other words, I need someone to be emotionally invested in this music and ready to develop themselves.
